UPS Charles Reed, Linda Mclinda Damaged package Fort Worth, Texas

I shipped a package ups and I own a packaging company and know how to package a box and know how to ship. I did a shipment to a company in CA called MLR packaging and was cod for over 3,000.00 because they owe me money tracking number with ups is 1ZY4228A7291849761. Well ups let them con me the driver more then likely let them open the package take the tool that was worth the most and return me the box because they didn't want to pay me my money at MLR so UPS driver let that company scam me for a lot of money. UPS let this company open the box and take the tool and when sent all info to Charles Reed always got the run around and Linda Mclinda said I didnt package it right which was bs ups took to box examine and then sent me a different box I always send out new boxes I hope people read this and learn that if you want to insure a package with UPS you will not get paid so I didn't pay my final bill because of this and to top it off I was shipping a lot packages to find out I was getting charged way more then retail I hope some how the USPS puts UPS out of business and they market them selfs because ground with UPS is very expensive and very long the USPS is a lot faster and if you have to file a claim they pay and you can do everything online instead of being treated like a idiot and I hope something bad happens to both UPS and the the company MLR that took the tool out of the box.
