I was going through the internet to obtain a business who could get me a small business loan. Originally I spoke to them by phone and according to Dave the loan should have not taken more than 45 days although their advertisement says "48 hr. loan" I gave a down payment of 1,000.00 dls. and one first montly payment of 275.00 to give them enough chance to get me the loan. When the second month came by and I still did not get the loan I stopped making the 275.00 payments to them. Now they are billing me for 3,000.00 plus late fees. They have been calling me and in one particular instance I tried explaining to the girl who called to bill me what had happened but she said she was going to note the account that I was refusing to pay amicably. I tried to tell her to have a supervisor at their company call me but she hang up on me. I want my full refund of what I payed so I can use it for the business instead. I have already started taking accion on my end as to placing complaint reports at the Better Business Bureau Utah, Department of Consumer Affairs, and this so far. I am also seeking legal advise.
