Universal Time Share Johan Santame Attempt to scan my husband and I in selling our time shares Beaverton, Oregon |
7th of Sep, 2011 by User584920 |
Received a call from Johan Santama, Universal Time Shares Company, Sales ID 446321, business License number is 1841794. Phone to company 866-590-7029 and 888-491-5982. He originally called on 7 Sept asking if we wanted to sell our Hilton Grand Vacation Club weeks. We told him no that we would not sell Hilton, but would consider Holiday Inn Vacation Club located at South Beach Holiday Inn Vacation Resort, Myrtle Beach, SC and property at Orange Lake. We told Johan that we thought that Holiday Inn had first refusal rights. He was checking out the property and to confirm if Holiday Inn Vacation Resort had first right refusal. He called later to ask me what we wanted for the property and I stated that I did not have any idea at that time. I needed to look up what we paid and go from there, but I could not do this at that time. He remarked that I must not want to sell the property. Again, I stated that I did not have time at that precise moment. He called back on 8 Sept 2011 around 3 PM to ask what we wanted to ask for the property. I got my husband on line so he could hear the way he was talking to me and what was needed. His supervisor got on the phone and told me that they would need for us to pay $1,800 to cover the legal fees. I told him that we were not sending him $1,800. He stated we must not want to sell our timeshare and if so we could just do it ourselves and hung up. Mr Santama called back to find out why his supervisor yelled at him. I told him that we were not sending him any money. My husband asked for a street address so we could look up everything. I could not get to the web site and asked him to call back in 5 minutes. My son, Jim, checked the company out on the internet and came to tell us it was a scam. Jim got on the phone with Johan called back and started questioning him about the legality of this company. Finally, Johan stated that if we wanted to sell out timeshares to do it ourselves. Did not speak English and was rather rude when we started questioning him. Stay away from this Company. |

Well I guess that's what happened in your case, I Was able to get my Wyndham Bonnet Creek resort sold, by Universal Timeshare SA, at 1st I was very skeptical about having to pay $1, 800 dollars upfront, I was even able to get 2 weeks rented out By Johan and i received my rental money in about 39 days and my property sold for $ 37, 269 and I also received that money in 4 months a little bit over the 90 days according to their policy but I can't complaint I'm a happy camper. |
