No services of any kind were ever provided. The only time I heard from United Tax Group and Dean Drouin was when he wanted to collect additional fees from me. I paid this company $3,000 of a $7,000 fee and received no services of any kind in return.

When I would call asking for an update to my case all I was told is that I needed to send them more money and they would then consider working on my tax problems.

I finally contacted an attorney in my area who prepared all of the paperwork needed for a fraction of the fee United Tax Group charged me. Dean Drouin no longer even returns my phone calls.

After much effort this company returned $2,000 and admitted that no work was done on my case. I have requested they return the balance owed me and have received no response to my request.

This company ripped me off and they will rip you off too. Avoid them like the plague. To admit to not providing any services of any kind and then refusing to return hard earned money paid to them for their promises is nothing less than theft, pure and simple.
