United Solutions Law Firm, NY Homesafe America THIS 'COMPANY |

I first received an email from Scott Schreiber asking for more money on 04/21/11. It was not until 06/14/11 and $2495.00 dollars later that I realized that "United Solutions Corp/Law Firm" is a fraud. I have approximately ten different numbers that United Solutions used to contact me, and every single number now is disconnected or no longer a working number. I initially started my paperwork with United Solutions Law Firm on 01/01/11 when I was told that I pre-qualified for the federal HAMP program by an "intake manager." In January, I was told by United Solutions that this process should only take ninety days or so. By June of this year (six months later), the process was still continuing and there was no chance of resolution in sight. At this point, I began to question the "attorney" that was handling my case with multiple emails. Needless to say, my emails were never returned and phone calls to them were impossible since the numbers are longer working numbers. I read an article a few days ago that I found to be quite interesting. The article related that a company named "Homesafe America" was helping individuals modify their loan through the Obama Administration HAMP program. Homesafe America later changed their name to United Solutions Corp and continued their scam. United Solutions is a fraud and has stolen money from those who have fallen on hard times or those just trying to catch a break for once. I employ us all to not lay down and accept this as a lesson learned, but to unite and see that someday these con artists face criminal charges. |

Hello,
I am writing as a pro bono attorney working with the Prevent Loan Scams Project of the Lawyers' Committee, a not-for-profit organization based in New York. My colleagues and I, of the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, are working with Lawyers' Committee to investigate entities and individuals that are possibly involved in loan modification scam operations. We are trying to help people who have been scammed, and are working free of charge, on a pro bono basis.
We have seen several complaints on the internet concerning United Solutions Law Firm. If you have a complaint about this company, we would be interested in speaking with you to learn more about your experience and investigate the company further.
There is no charge for anything we do for or with you. We are simply trying to help. You can learn more about the Prevent Loan Scams project at www.preventloanscams.org.
Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or (212) 450-6593. We look forward to hearing from you |
