United Solutions Law Firm I was told that I could receive help with a mortgage modification Levittown, New York |

I am submitting this report as I am frustrated from the lack of follow up. Now more than ever, people are seeking to find help with their mortgages. My home value has dropped substantially. This is no fault of mine. I too am affected by this economic downturn. Most Americans are. It is unfortunate that there are companies that prey on those of us who want to try to rebound. United Solutions made it sound so promising. As a mother of a special needs son. Our home is our castle. We want to keep it. As with most Americans we are affected by this mortgage crisis. The thing is, we are not looking for handouts. All we wanted was help. It is incredible once these companies get your money, the phone calls cease. I have been calling and leaving messages only to receive an e-mail stating that my negotiator should call me. I have yet to receive a call back. What is happening to "Integrity"? |

I too, have been trying to get a call back from United Solutions Law Firm. I filled out all the proper paperwork and have given them $3, 500 to cover their legal expenses and now, when I try to call to find out the status of my account, I am told that the number is no longer in service. I have tried every number posted for this firm and every number gives me a recording with the same message that they are no longer in service. |

Hello,
I am writing as a pro bono attorney working with the Prevent Loan Scams Project of the Lawyers' Committee, a not-for-profit organization based in New York. My colleagues and I, of the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, are working with Lawyers' Committee to investigate entities and individuals that are possibly involved in loan modification scam operations. We are trying to help people who have been scammed, and are working free of charge, on a pro bono basis.
We have seen several complaints on the internet concerning United Solutions Law Firm. If you have a complaint about this company, we would be interested in speaking with you to learn more about your experience and investigate the company further.
There is no charge for anything we do for or with you. We are simply trying to help. You can learn more about the Prevent Loan Scams project at www.preventloanscams.org.
Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or (212) 450-6593. We look forward to hearing from you. |
