This is a telemarketing company that employs people whom they do not do background checks. Modification companies were made illegal by the government. What they did was team up with a law firm who contracts this company to get around this law. Look at the contract and you will see this.They have scripted pitches about how attorneys will work on your file. They will have a attorney fresh out of law school speak with you when you first sign up. This is the last time you will ever have an attorney touch your case. They are there to solidify the deal. Once they have you setup on a payment plan your file will be worked on by their modification team. They are young, inexperienced and overwhelmed with files( just like the people at your bank). Once you send something into them it will take days for your fax to even reach your processor. Depending on how many files they have will determine how long it takes for them to work on it. By the time they get to it all your documentation is old and they will ask for new ones(starting the cycle again). Having this company is a waste of money and time. Modifications are easy to get if you qualify and you are stupid if you pay these retards to be in charge of your home. They are trained to handle your questions and to handle these issues.
