Udreamybridal Failed to uphold promises and give me a refund. one word RUDE! China, Nationwide

I ordered my prom dress from them in January of 2011 and was promised the dress would only take 25 work days to process. So i waited. I needed the dress by the end of April. They money went through right away and everything. After the 25 days were up i noticed that the status was still never changed so i gave them another week or 2 incase of delays. i contacted them after this time was up and asked if they shipped my dress yet and they told me the dress hasnt even been processed yet but they gave me a shipping date in late March. After that date pass and still never received a tracking number or the dress i contacted them again. For a week straight i contacted them 2 different ways and they still failed to responded to me. My prom was the next month. Finally i get a message apologizing and said that they would get the dress to me by the monday of the week i needed it. I told them that it was cutting it really close and i even told them im going to buy a new dress just incase. About a week later (my prom was the next week) i received a phone call from them saying how they are truly sorry and that the dress would get to me on time. I CLEARLY asked them that if the dress did come on time and i still liked my new dress more would i be able to return it for the full refund because you guys failed to meet your promises and that this is extremely late and cutting it very very close. The lady clearly told me YES and that she was sure i would love the dress. Its the week of my prom now and the dress still hasn't shown up i emailed them for a tracking number and i just finally gave up. About 2 days before my prom they emailed me with a tracking number. It said the dress was in the united states somewhere but it wasn't even in my state. The next day i waited to see if the dress even showed up. Nothing. I checked the tracking number and it said the dress was in my state somewhere. So my prom was the next day and at about 6:30-7PM ish the door bell rang and it was my dress.... I try the dress on and the material is super thing and heavy i felt like i was wearing a winter coat. The dress had hot glue all over the front. (They glued flowers on it....) It was the wrong color and the dress didn't fit at all. It was way to large and way to long even with my heels. It was already 8 by the time i pointed out all the flaws this dress had and there was no time for me to alter this dress and wear it tomorrow. So after my prom i contacted them back asking if they could tell me where to send the dress back and how i can get my refund. They told me to send pictures of the dress and where it didn't fit. After sending them the pictures they emailed me back saying they couldnt see that it was their fault... I told them that the lady on the phone promised i could get a refund because they were extremely late. To this day they still haven't given me a refund and i have still been trying to get them to return the $140 this crappy dress cost me. No one should buy from this company they are a complete scam!! They also delete all the complains off their facebook page so it only looks like good ones.
