on sat July 2, 2011 I hired Two Men and A Truck moving company. To summarize this horrific move. Two Men and A Truck sent 3 men, their uniforms were dirty and they were not well groomed. Communication was poor from beginning to end. When I called this company stated that they do everyting, they do your packing, breaking down of equipment etc. Well, when they arrived the team leader said they did not do packing, they don't have boxes you would have had to purchase the boxes separately, the made me break down beds, packed my own dishes, sealed my own boxes. They also charge $140/hr in which you can notice their pace slow as they approach the 12 noon mark. They did not have enough blankets to cover my furniture so all of my light colored microfiber suade furniture had the unpleasure of absorbing their nasty perspiration leaving behind sweat stains and dirt marks. I called the company while they were there of course you cannot reach anyone in corporate office over the weekend, I called back first thing Tuesday 7/5 since Monday was a holiday, to be told someone will follow up. When the follow up call came 1 week later I was advised they would send a staff member out to take pictures. He arrived told me I can take a towel and wipe it down myself. Obviously these clowns have no idea how to clean expensive furniture. Then I received a follow up call today from a staff member of Two men and a Truck stating they would send me a $50 gift certificate to have my furniture cleaned of their dirt stains and bodily fluids. I had 3 Two Piece sectionals and Sofa damaged by this company. As you know Perspiration is bodily fluids, thus it has an odor, these people clearly do not know how to operate a professional business, their customer service skills suck, I am grossly disappointed and disgusted by this entire event. Oh and to top it all off, my move cost me $ 1,500.00 and they offered me again a 50 dollar gift certificate to get all the pieces of furniture affected by this cleaned.
