To whom it may concern, I wagered from TVG online May 7 2011 at 4:Pm and I got scam over $74.00 out of my account. What Was happened, I bet hasting race 5 pick horse #2 $11.00 win place show. A horse #2 won the race, I should get about $74 payout back to my account. I calculated a $74 does not add to my account. I clicked my account then wager history to review how much I got paid. A payout was $0. I double check a hasting race #5 was official winner #2. I called tvg customer service, she said due to a Kentucky derby day a system was super slow, tell me to wait for a while.. About 30 minutes I check again, I still hasn't got a payout. Second time I call tvg again, a customer service said " due to Kentucky derby, a system busy. It was in processing. I should get my payout soon. I called tvg 4 times for this inquire with a same answer. I mean a race was over more than a hour. I still did not get a payout. I lost all my money down to .37cents left in my account. I logout tvg account and sign back in Minutes later. Now I click to my account then wager history, it show a payout was $74 but it does not add up to my account. My account still showing Accents left. This will be my 5 times called tvg for inquire this issue yesterday. I spoke with one of the bad customer service. he called himself a manager of the tvg dept, I asked him for a first name and last name. He said "he was the only manger name joe in this dept and unable to provide his last name to the public. I have to explain to him again in 10 minutes..That was my balance before I paid a wager on hasting #5. I calculate all my wager from my account wager history. A tvg computer error, I do not get a payout. He refused to assist me, he keep saying to me." I did get a paid out and lost it all, not tvg problem it was your problem. A paid out was correct". he will email me a wagering history for more detail. I confirm my email 2 times with him to make sure it is right. Today, I check my email, I got nothing from TVG. I understand I lost $450 dollars wagered yesterday. But tvg please do not ripped me off. I need my $74 payout back to my account... I want to complaint a bad manner of a manager name joe yesterday. he just tried to get away from problem, do not appreciate help customer. I will not continue to fire until I got my money back. |
