TV Ears
TV Ears Their TV ears stopped working after 8 months of use - way over priced for a product that doesn't last. Spring Valley, California
13th of Jul, 2011 by User667318
I bought the TV ears for $128 (way over rated and over priced) They stopped working after 8 months of use and the company warantee was only good for 90 days. Although they offered to replace them for a lower price I could not see throwing good money after bad - no guarantee they wouldn't work in a few months and after talking to others I discovered that is the norm. Turns out power surges can burn them out even though mine was on a a surge protector - I later bought their flat screen HD TV only to discover it has no code to program it to our satelite remote so you have to utilize two different remotes to watch TV - just what a 93 year old woman wants to hear! My son said all tv's have a code ... but he looked into it and this one doesn't. All they had to say about that was "Sorry to hear that!" I wouldn't recommend this company's products to anyone!!
