Turbo Transportation Group TTG Illegal Advertising Going Against Their Printed Word , Internet

I enrolled in their so called broker classes. I received over the internet a book to print and read. It told how to become a broker in general, not particulary a truck broker just a broker.The sent a list of companies to contact for client data sheets, these contacts had been called so many times many of them just said NO and hungup, if they were still in business at all. The only review I received was from a contact, not on their list, who said he would never use them ever again. The web site advertised that there was a 10 day money back gaurentee but you had to request it in writing. Upon submitting this request I was told there was no money back gaurentee, only a gaurentee that you could make money. I copied their web site and gaurentee policy and forwarded it to them and they still denied it. The classes were online, but the teacher would cancel the classes most of the time, they were supposed to be weekly but I think they were only 1 a month. It took almost 3 weeks for me to get the stuff I needed; the first class was cancelled, I attended the 2nd and the 3rd was canceled. I canceled my membership after the 1st class but still received emails. When I asked the manager to stop emailing me he continued to do so. I had told him that I was going to take him to court but have not been able to yet. Hopefully there is not a short time period to do this because I still have every intention.
