I have been very disappointed with Norman Freeman and his Turbo Buzz, Viral Inviter program. www.ViralInviter.com. I have had to purchase the Viral Inviter three times, all to be able to do the same exact thing. I purchased it in order for my customers to be able to alert heir friends via Facebook to our products & services.
After they released one of their PAID upgrades the version I had suddenly did not work with Facebook. That is the reason I bought it? They also refused to service the version I had anymore. I had only had it a few months. So I purchased the newer version they told me to purchase. It too did not support Facebook. They told me to purchase another version & they would refund me for the second version?? So I purchased another one for $100. This is 3 versions that I had to pay for if you have lost track. After complaining about this, a representative named Blessy told me on October 18, 2010 that they would give me a refund for the second version if I purchased the third version. I did purchase the upgrade again, for another $100. I was told I would be refunded the $65 for the second version. To date I have not received the upgrade. That was over two months ago.
Finally, after a few inquiries, the customer service representative Blessy, referred me to the owner of Turbo Buzz, www.turbobuzz.com. Mr. Norman Freeman. Norman Freeman responded to me on December 3, 2010 that he would look into it but he then "closed" the support ticket. He has never responded back to me. It is obvious he is trying to be shady. If not why wouldn't he have sent the $65 request via PayPal as promised? it is obvious Norman Freeman is unreputable and untrustworthy. The company now ignores all of my additional requests for the refund. Needless to say I am very disappointed in Norman Freeman and his Viral Inviter Pro software. I thought I could trust him and that is obviously not the case. In addition to all of that, unless you are interested in being "herded" around & having to purchase additional It is Christmas time and I could use that money to purchase gifts.
Searching online I see others have had issues with being scammed by Norman Freeman and his Turbo Business system. Very disappointing indeed.
