Karen Nyaard is a biased judge to say the least against women. She favors men and I am not the first to discover this. She shakes the entire time and gives advise to the men. I am sure I am not the first or last.
I was in a domestic violence relationship in which shared two children in common with the aggressor/ father. After he was convicted and a year passed my order of protection needed the re-newel. I went filled for another one which was granted. However he contested the order of protection in which I was not aware of. Therefore resulting in a hearing to take place with out me. Karen Nygaard then lifted this order of protection. This leaving my children and I unprotected.
My children and I have witnessed constant domestic violence in which he was convicted of. I have had my children the last 10 to 7 yrs of their physical life; being their entire life! Which I guess does not mean custody has been established. This being said I went and filled an order to establish custody. The judge that took the new order of protection hearing is now handling the establishing custody case. I didn't realize this until during court. When the father of our children declared she had told him the steps he needed to take to file for custody. Which he never did.
She ordered a temp. order that our children spend every weekend with him. My children have not been in contact with this man since 08 and the abuse they endured from him. It is now 2011! He has no clothes for them. Never been to a doctors appt. Never been involved in their schooling. Doesn't know what they are allergic too. Doesn't know their likes and dislikes. Not to mention the danger of his life style this man does drugs and leaves a 9 and 7 yr old home alone.
My heart has been ripped out of my chest. I don't know that when I kiss "our" ( Which I use our loosely) children good bye to send them to a violent drug users house if they will be ok or return home to me safe. How does this woman sleep at night?
I understand the father needs to be apart of our childrens life however I feel it needs to be earned back. The children are fearful, I am fearful.
I have done extensive research and have found multiple cases indicating that she is without a doubt totally bias against women. I feel we need to take a stance and stop her together.
Please I beg someone needs to help me stop this Judge before an innocent child is taken for granted and cut short at life.
