This company has been in business for many years originally with the father's business, recently gone into liquidation 2010 by court ordered Trustees in Ontario. They owe most of the owner operators and many company drivers. Manjinder Singh Gill also is selling his home inherited from his recently deceased father on 140th Street near 88th in Surrey, BC. As the transportation business is all he knows, watch out for Manjinder Singh Gill aka Jack Gill opening up his trucking business soon under same or different name. Also be aware of Daniel Vertanen aka Sean Taylor, he goes by an alias because he is hated by anyone that works for him. If you end up signing on with Manjinder Gill, you will find the money might look good to begin with, but after the contract is signed, your fuel amount mysteriously is reduced on pay after the hold back waiting period and things are missed and he never gets around to paying you for them, then all of a sudden, you get ticked and give notice and he doesn't pay you for anything else like the hold back he owes you and your don't even get your last statement. He will even try to keep your truck, not release the insurance, possibly try to assault you with his vehicle, like he went to court about in 2010 about, or try to start an altercation with you, trying to destroy your property and start a fight that you might be charged with if you hit him first. To avoid payment to a company driver he has laid charges of stealing his property, ie the truck the company driver was driving and returning to the yard. He has another scam too, leasing you a truck he has already leased under his company name and if you pay for it outright, he doesn't release it to you without you going to your bank and police to have it signed over to you. Watch yourself, don't work for him, be aware, he is only liquidating his assets and then he will go back into business to scam more Owner Operators and Company Drivers. He may even be looking in other provinces like Ontario as people from Alberta and BC that know him, will no longer work for him.
