My wife and I made numerous frustrating calls and still no equipment was delivered for almost a month and when he finally deliver the freezer, it did not work and he did not clean it as promised and the shelf racks and wheels are missing. After many more frustrating calls and broken promises, he finally sent someone to fix it but still fail to deliver on the rack and wheels and still no delivery on the three base sink and still refuses to honor his return promises.

My wife and I are loosing sleep over this for the past month and not to mention lost sales and licensing delay. I'm in the process of applying for retailer EBT and SNAP which is being delayed because I can't setup my equipment ready to carry the required foods. The delays, lack of communication, many broken promises from Billy Griffin at Tri State Equipment is simply outrageous. This guy has so many excuses than all the excuses that I've heard in my lifetime combine. I've heard of every excuses under the sun from this guy already from medical emergency to contractor problems to busy work schedule.

This is the worst business experience that I have ever dealt with in over 20 years and my frustration level has reached a breaking point. It's clear to me that this guy is running some fraudulent scheme. He clearly does not have any of these products that I've purchased and never place an order for anything that I've paid for. I've read several similar online complaints about Billy and Tri State as well. Shame on me for not doing my homework ahead of time before giving Billy my money and trust.

I've filed a complaint with the attorney general's office and with the better business bureau. I am hoping and praying that either one of them can come through for me and end this nightmare. Avoid Billy Griffin and Tri State Restaurant Equipment at all cost if you want to feel our pains.
