Don't make any personal deals with this individual. This is what he had wrote as a written agreement: I, Trevor Goble, hereby agree to "rent to own" a 32 inch Insignia Flat Screen TV bearing serial number S110ens32eBLANK for a period of 1 year at $60.00 per month for 12 months. The tv herein shall not be converted for any reason until and upon the last payment. The seller Jonathan Watson herein known as the leaser shall in the event of default be entitled to reclaim said property. Said payments will deposited to a Royal Bank Account registered to the leaser or as directed in account 03762-5037635 or an account as directed by the leaser. Each installment will deposited in the account on or before the 1st day of each
month commencing April 1st 2011 and ending March 31 2012. I haven't had continuous payments from him, and when I wrote him twice there was no response. WATCH OUT! |

The 2 emails clearly identifies that 2 of 12 payments have been made and the transaction took place on March 29 so up until June 1st all payments according to the agreement have been made. This clearly who is the LIAR.
What Mr. Watson has not said is he was involved in a criminal activity of my residential complex he broke into my neighbours home along with 3 other individuals and again an email from Mr. Watson:

Group of 3: Later after reviewing paperwork, and was asked/requested to have the three ask for a visit to let you know that they will be taking things up with you civilly, I eventually after being asked 4 times agreed to this. It was stated that the only way you would speak with them was to have me go through. I was unaware of the actions of 'running up stairs' or 'barging doors wide open'. I was only told that things would try to be discussed with you (Brian Markle) about the information regarding civil casing.

So this is the a sample of what people can say and how self serving it can be. The original posting was design to embarass and harass. Mr. Watson has alot of growing up to do but the facts are the facts. (1) he in fact was a part of the break and enter, (2) there was an agreeement for a TV and (3) payment was received.. the facts are supported by the author himself...
Perhaps people wisihing to business with Mr Watson should reconsider if he is going to claim he didn't receive payment when he has. |
