Today I was putting up the tree I purchased from Tree Classics and the looked great until I started spreading the branches out from packing. The lights were not attached to the tree, just twisted around the branches and wires split with the end of the branches poked thru with no florist taping to hope the lights in place, wires hanging of most of the branches, looked like something a child had done. The tree cost me $359.99 dollars. I called their customer service and was told to take pictures and send to their email account which I did (11) pictures. Also wrote this note to them..I am very disappointed with the tree I purchased from your company. The quailty of the wrapping of the lights is that of a amatuer. There is no florist tape the hold the lights on the branches and therefore the entire lighting string just hangs. After talking with you customer service department, I was advised to send the attached picture. My invoice number is 16639. Second not I sent them. I intend to blog about my experience with this tree I purchased and the way your customer service representative treated me. I have been given the run around all day. One person said, "Just send picture of the tree". which I did. Then I finally get a call and your company wanted more pictures. I refused, the 11 pictures I sent clearly show the tangled mess the lights were put on in. For the price of 359.99 the tree is far from worth it. Your website states designed and producted in your warehouse....the box the tree came in says "MADE IN CHINA" You did not honor you return policy. What happened to the 90 day return? After talking to Melissa your company did not intend to do so. You left me with no other option but to call my credit card company to ask for a refund for a defective product. Now Melissa calls me and says since I filed with my credit card..nobody at your company can talk to me anymore. What kind of customer service do you have there? Bad Business!
