Treasured Gifts and Collectibles Warning: May Be Ripoff Company, Central Point, Oregon

I am just writing to inform others that Treasuredgiftsandcollectibles.com is possibly not in business, yet you are still able to place orders and provide payment information through their site. I recently ordered a small treasure box and paid via PayPal. After 3 weeks, the only notification I received from the company was an automatically generated order confirmation email. I received no notice of shipment and my credit card was never charged. I emailed the company asking for an update after 3 weeks had passed and got no response after almost one week. I then called the number listed on the site and left a voicemail to a generic voicemail box. The next day, I received an email from PayPal stating that my money had been refunded and the order cancelled. But I still did not receive an email explaining why the order was cancelled or even confirming that the company was actually still in business. To remark that this company has bad customer service isn't even relevant because I received no kind of customer service! An email response or phone call would have been nice! I would just like to warn future would-be customers of treasuredgiftsandcollectibles.com that this company may not be in business. However, because you are still able to place an order and provide your identifiable information and payment information on their site, this puts you in a vulnerable position. You have no idea who is on the receiving end of your information. Shop elsewhere!
