Transmission Parts Inc Jeff Madison I too was a victim of Jeff Madisons lies saginaw, Michigan
7th of May, 2011 by User124689
I ordered a transmission in January recieved it 20 days after ordering paid for the shipping with the cost of the transmission for a total of $724. The Shipping company contacted me before delivery andi was informed if i did not have the $89.00 for the shipping costs it would not be delivered. After contacting Jeff about this he did refund me the $75 I paid him for shipping. After putting in the transmission it lasted a whole week and a half and then the transmission fucked u.But instead of breaking the seal like itshould have because of Jeffs wonderful idea to permanently seal the seal the fluid shot out of the dipstick causing the truck to catch fire. luckily with some quick thinking from my fiance the fire was extinguished and was able to baby it home. I contacted Jeff and was told not to send in the transmission that he would send me a replacement then I could send in the one that was junk. Since we still had first gear he told us to continue driving it til the new one arrived. A month later I recieved a shipping number for my transmission after numerous calls lies and threats.Suspious that it was to good to be true Icalled the shipping company to find that that particular transmission was going to maine. I live in Missouri. Another month later i was informed that it would be quicker to send back the first transmission and they would rebuild it then send it back. We took out the transmission and sent it back this time asking for a refund. Was promisedthat the day they recieved it took it apart and made sure the problem was due to the transmission and not from something we did to damage it they would refund the money to my bank card. That was the 12th of this April after several more calls he informs me that he would mail out a check because he was unable to put the money back on my card it had been over 90 days. I checked with the bank and that was a lie. He promised me a check sent by certified mail May 4 was on its way well that would have been here on the 6th or 7th and I never recieved it I will give it til tomorrow and i am contacting a laywer anyone who reads this i will be happy to be added to your lawsuit and will gladly testify to prove a pattern of fraud with this company and Jeff Madison personally. I live in Missouri or we have already met Jeff personally and I can bet the meeting would have been more satisfactory for us then for Jeff who claims he is just a salesman not the owner and swears he does not lie however I have not heard a word of truth come from this asshole.

Jeff is the OWNER don't let him LIE to you, this is a never ending pattern of lies and fraud and he keeps changing the name of his so called business. His newest ads claim theye are ISO 9001 certified, licensed and bonded, have 7 highly trained rebuilders and a state of the art re-manufacturing facility, they have 9000 happy customers. He actually has some flunkies and derelicts working for him that used to tear down trasnmissions for core parts, they were NOT re-builders. He also claims in his newest ads that all transmissions are "tested" which to me would imply that he has a transmission dyno (which he does NOT). I feel sorry for hiss victims in some ways BUT keep in mind, rebuilding a transmission CORRECTLY means installing ALOT of new parts, for what he charges a REAL shop could not even buy all the parts to do one correctly even at wholesale prices, there is no free lunch!!!

April 20, 2009 I purchased the transmission, yet today 3 years six months later I have yet to get the refund that Jeff Madison promised. May 27, 2009 the trans was installed by reputable repair faculty... it had no reverse... 3 months later I finally get replacement from Jeff Madison of Transmission Parts distribution. I had it installed and my Mechanic said 1st and second was slipping and it had no fourth gear... so I paid agian the repair shop to remove the 2nd defective trans. I drove the trans to Transmission parts distribution and returned it and personally asked for a refund. there is a law of warrent of merchantability. it is against the law not to refund my money. I left with out my transmission and with out a refund. it has been 3 years and six months... if you have had similar problems there must be something we can do. contact me Rvanbonn hot mail BUYER BEWARE FRAUD RIPPOFF LISTEN TO THESE REPORTS. 47 BBB CLAIMS...HELLO DO YOU HEAR ME. I am out $2, 593.44
