tracfone double charged me 107.00 didnt get double mins miami, Florida

Last year 2010 I purchased 800 min 1 year with double mins for life. My servicewas due02/01/2011. This thur. 01/20/11 I tried to renew my services on line.I Purchased 400 min plus 200 bounus mins using code 26573. After what I had thought I hadpurchased this I waited to see the mins to be added to my phone. I waited till the next day fri.01//21/2011 still no mins. added. I got on their web site again and looked up my account found nothing hadhappened. I thought the first transaction had not go thur. So I redid the transaction. This time I got 400 mins added to my phone. No 200 mins or double mins. I called them and they told me I made 2 of the samepurchases. I asked if they could cancel one of the purchases. The rep saidno they dont give refunds. So I ask why I did notget the mins I had paid for, he had me enter a bunch of numbers into my phone. After this I only got a thousand more mins. It should be 1200 for the first purchase & 1200 mins for the second. I got shafted out of 1400 mins. Watch thistracfone cowhen you purchase time online. VERY TRICKY. After these mins are goneI wont be buying from this co. again. SERVICE ISNT VERY GOOD EITHER. Buyer beware
