toy hut birthday mania don't expect to get what you ordered the worst cutomer service , rude, refusing to give my money back, ruined my birthday part |

Don't ever order from this company!! I was a little skeptical using this company in the first place as they have bad reviews already. Against my better judgement I used the company anyways to order my daughter birthday supplies. It was one of a few companys carrying the "monster high" themed party supplies. One of the other companies was a local party store who I am very familiar with that also has an online selection... well I should of went with that one instead.!!!! I chose to go with Birthday Mania/toy hut instead of the competitors because they had a cheaper price. Most of the party decor that was monster high was sold out so I didn't have very many to choose from but they were a few dollars cheaper and they carried a pinata also that I knew the kids would love. When i ordered at first I was worried that maybe the package wouldn't come in time so I called the company to get a voicemail.. that made me a little worried. The next day I recieved an email assuring the package would be on time. I was very happy they had contacted me back and I thought maybe the company isnt that bad. I recieved my package in about 3 buisness days so I was happy and satisfied with the service at that point. When I opened the package it was a different story. I ordered pink and black balloons also to go with all the pink and black table clothes , streamers, bowls,napkins, cups, and monster high balloon boquets. The balloons they sent me were red and black. I was so upset , how can I put red balloons with the decor. I planned everything out to look nice and now how emabrassing. So now I had to go out and buy pink balloons 2 hours before the party in a pouring rainstorm!!! Then when i start to set the plates up one of the packages has 2 plates with a huge cut out of them. I ordered exactly enough plates for the number of kids there now 2 children don't have plates?? so how crazy I have to go to my house and use 2 china plates so they have something to eat on. Then to top it all off when I go to fill the pinata( they "custom made" by gluing a balloon to the front of a plain pinata) it has a hole in it. Not the hole u fill, not the hole where the pull strings are.. another hole that should not be there. At this point Im livid.. I have no time to get another pinata.. so I put tape over it and the first person that hits it the tape falls off. Ruins the whole experience. I was so stressed out and upset this company ruined my whole party. I paid over 70 dollars for plates, a pinata, and balloons. When i called to ask for reimbursment for this HORRIBLE experience I was told i could have store credit for 1 pack of plates, 2 packs of red balloons and 50 percent of the pinata. I explained I don't need store credit , i will not be purchsing ANY thing from this company EVER again!!! i was told I could not speak with the supervisor. The reason was "they don't speak on the phone with customers. she will email you" I am completely shocked at the rudeness and lack of personal contact with this company. I am now waiting for my "email" from this company. I guess Im not important enough to speak on the phone with after my party was ruined , only important enough to spend my hard earned money with the company.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
