Please do not hire this woman or her "trained professionals". This is a consulting business that claims per their website that they will come to you school and assist in getting your academic and financial aid files and staff in order. This could not be further from the truth. Tonya may posses all of the skills that she proclaims to have but no one would ever know because once she books the deal and the contract is signed, she hits the road and sends in her staff of "trained professionals" that literally reek havoc. Tonya herself only shows up once every couple of weeks to check in on the project. This is no way to handle a consulting business!! Since this is a consulting business, these people are paid to come in and point out the errors in your process. On a contract that should take a few weeks, they take months to review files and continuously postpone giving any substantial report on what going on until they are almost kicked out of the door. They help none in rectifying to problems, just identifying them. They come in, and like leeches stay until they are kicked out. Please, do yourself a favor and do not hire Tonya Parker-Jones, Alliance for Student Aid Processing or her "trained professionals"!!!

Disregard this message. As a friend of Tonya's, I know her to be very ethical
and highly competent. This posting was written by her sick minded, worthless,
ex-husband. He should try being a good father and practice paying his child support
instead of being immature and attempting to ruin her reputation.
