Tommy Dixon/Tommy's Home Improvement Fraudulent contract to purchase a house, theft, Dishonest, Scam artist Chesterfield, Virginia

Tommy Dixon and his "wife" April who claimed to be in the market to buy a home visited a property that I had for sale. They offered to write an all cash deal on the property because they sold a significant property in Norfolk. Tommy also claims to be a builder in Norfolk practicing under the trade of Tommy's home improvement. He defaulted on his real estate contract. Took money from the seller of the home and stole her lawn mower. I found another report that sounded very similar to this one. Report # 114818. I would like to know if this man has done this to anyone else. I intend to pursue this person for whatever I can get out of him. He wrote a fraudulent contract, defaulted on the delivery of the deposit and has an unlimited amount of excuses and lies. He travels with a heavy set woman named April, a young girl named Carley and a son whom I dont know the name of. He seems very trustworthy at first but I am not easily convinced. He gave me the run around about his finances, his address, his company name, etc. Please post if you have had dealings with this person.
