TOM DELOR EXTRA-MPG FALSE HIRING PRACTICE, FRUADULENT CLEARWATER, Florida |
16th of Mar, 2011 by User431395 |
AG Looks like a new startup but might not have the financial backing that the owner is stating. The company calls up stating that you are a candidate to be National Sales Director. Email states that I am taking personal risk by having you interview with the president of the company. Then the scam startes by going thru the interview and everything looks like this is a w-2 job but after the whole process is finished you find out that they are hiring everyone on a 1099 and want you to BUY their product. Don't know if the product works or no but if you have to sell the product to your National sales director and the only way you can work for the company is to buy the product, then he has just violated HR practices and federal law in many of the states. I think Monster, Careerbuilder and others should be notified about their hiring practices. |

I just had the same thing happen... then when I was researching this company I saw your report. I brought it to his "external recruiter, Steve's" attention and he cancelled the interview because of my "uncertainty". He said because I didn't believe him that this was nothing to worry about I was unprofessional - he then proceeded to call me an idiot because I questioned his tactics. Very professional company! Ha! |

Thought anyone who is being lured into this might be interested in seeing what Steve. The recruiter writes to you when you decline the offer.
I opened your email to Mr. Delor from our SPAM file by mistake and want tot tell you that you must be a fricken idiot (and I am stupid for having recommended you to Mr. Delor).
I don't know why I could not understand that you were a fake or a burned out salesman to the point that is pathetic.
It's all written on the wall and your emails and you almost fooled my boss.
If you are sick or depressed you need medical help and I cannot blame you. Just go get some help.
At this if you want to stay in sales, your only and immediate solution is to sell hamburgers for one of the fast food businesses in your neighborhood.

I was one of the idiots who actually bought the product thinking I would get a job. Don't do it. Run from this one. This guy is the biggest scam artist ever. He is a crook. I have found out that he has served jail time for a whole multitude of crimes. He has been accused of being a pedophile, but from what I am told, he got off on a technicality.
Stay away from this company at all costs. |

I too bought one of these piece of crap devices because this con man promised me a job. What a scam. I have since investigated this guy and found the same thing about him. He has served jail time, and was actually charged as a pedophile. This guy should be castrated and deported back to what ever sewer he crawled out of. What a crook. |
