Todd Vieyra refusal to pay employees, accepting investor money without the ability to provide a product, shirking of debt acquired as business expens |

Todd Vieyra founded a company initially known as Click2Call, which later changed it's name to iSearchMobi. The premise was to sell business Pay-Per-Click Advertising (henceforth abbreviated as PPC). Mysellf and a few other employees were hired at start-up, and within a few weeks it became apparent something was up. Todd Vieyra refused to pay his Google AdWords bill, so all of our ads were brought down. Rather than pay the aforementioned bill, he would just open up a new AdWords account. Neither myself or any other employee was paid on time (if at all), and we are having to settle the matter in civil court. Additionally, the man has sold "affiliate agreements" to investors for $2500, and then just pocketed the money and ran. Both previous employees and investors are trying to determine his real address (the address he had given us was false), so that we can serve him with papers and drag him into court to pay us what he owes us. I do not know what Todd Vieyra's end game is, but it can't be to run a legitimate company. He has ripped off everyone who has had any involvement in the business, employees, investors, clients, and partners alike. Take heed of this warning and steer clear of any business involvement with Todd Vieyra; the man is a bold-faced liar and cold-blooded thief. |

He did much the same thing in Destin FL with a company he started called "Reframe" which was supposed to be a nonprofit. He also started a company called "IQ Strategies" and did the same thing with that company. The county police came to his door and closed him down one afternoon. He left town broke and went to Tampa I believe. His mother lives there.
He is from Battle Creek Michigan, his brother and father still live there I believe. I don't understand why this guy isn't in jail yet. |
