My name is Angel from Bronx, New York. 2 years ago i moved into Co-op city in the bronx. When i moved there i noticed that I was not getting any cell phone service in my home. I contacted T-mobile from my job and informed them of my situation. from the beginning they began "checking" the area for coverage. They stated that i was in an excellent coverage area and didnot know why i was not getting any service. They stated that it could be the building where i live due to some building being structured in a way that blocks service. I stated that all my friend who have difference carriers were able to recieve service perfectly in my home. There answer did not make sense. Who builds a building in a way to block cell phone service? As the problem persisted, then they said i had an out-dated sims card on my blackberry and i needed the "new" card. This of course didnot work. Then they stated that I can manually go into setting and look for a mobile network that will allow me to "tap" in and get a signal. Again it did not work. Finally the decided to send a technician to check the area out to see what the problem was. When i called them to find out what the report stated they said that they did not have the money in their budget to send a technician to check the towers in the area. I was like how do you not have money when you guys make millions a year. R u serious? . Another rep told me we will credit your account accordingly due to your hardship. I am still waiting for that credit. I contacted the main office to speak to a Liza Gonzales who to this day had never returned a phone call. I asked to be let out of the contract to get a company who works in my area. I explained me and my wife have a new born son and i need to get in contact with her and with me in case of an emergency. Nothing. I tried filing a complaint with the BBC and nothing. I am stuck with these idiots until my contract runs out. Tmobile are crooks. |
