The company does not actually pay promised pay. The team leaders are terrible to canvassers and new sales men. The company all around is uncoordinated. TMK does it all to where they aren't going to get in trouble because you are self employed.
Tmk Distributing says they will pay you $400 a week starting out for 1 month this is a LIE They are ONLY Commission based which is okay for some people, but not when they aren't paying the amount promised. they were always changing what the commission prices where. Therefore ripping off every single one of my paychecks. At the begging of the day you drive to the office and get assigned a team and a team leader. Your not wasting your gas because the team leader drives you and the team threw neighborhoods.The team leaders are suppose to take care of their employees they are there to make sure everyone is doing their personal job. Well people are not going to be doing their jobs very well if they are walking around neighborhoods forced to keep knocking while being dehydrated or even with a full bladder. The owner of the company Tom says "ask them the house your knocking at to use the restroom". Well Tom this is very scary for girls to do when it is a guy answering the door, he says you can ask to use their restroom but "you cannot get water from them unless you set an appointment with them! " I think it is all wrong ! If you do not obey these rules or obey extra rules given to you by your team leader they will leave you across town without picking you up in the van. This is leaving you across town while your car is still at the office , they don't care if you don't have a phone or how you get back. Another thing they do not tell you while hiring you is you will be traveling constantly. that's alright but not when you are unfamiliar with the area and if your hungry at the hotel you have to walk to get your food. because you where driven out their by your boss and if you get left there , well good luck getting home. They go around selling Kirby some which are used and they sell them for new prices. They lie to the customers. They also are all sold for different prices depending on your credit don't let them tell you the vacuum is $2750 when they just sold it to your neighbor for $1200 . TMK is an all around ripoff i wouldn't work there again if some body paid me 1 million dollars.
