We purchased tires and the policy to have them rotaed when i had the oil changed. The tires were good grade bridgestone's with a 60,00 mile guarantee. I have the oil changed every 3,000 miles and they rotate the tires. They have broken off the lug nuts in the right front wheel nearly every time it was done. The GOOD mechanic told them to start the nuts by hand and not power tool them and all would be fine. When he did it, it was fine.Three times they have broken them off inside the wheel. This last time they did it again and i was watching through the window when it was done. they beat on my wheel with a tire tool and four or five men beat and pounded on my wheel while i watched helplessly. The store manager, Brett, came out and yelled at me telling me they hated my van and they would not pay to fix the broken nuts this time, also that they needed to replace the bearing in the wheel as they ruined them trying to remove the wheel to rotate it. I refused to pay it, as saw them do the damage, so they refused to do anything with it. I called my lawyer and was told to make them put the wheel back on and meet her at a reputable mechanic, when the other manager came out and said they would fix it for free, but that they would not honor the policy we bought to have it done on this van. My wheel is cracked and the van started to shimmy horribyt. I took it to a reputable mechanic and all four tires have to be replaced. They( Tires Plus) also insisted i had to have new brakes 20,00 miles ago, so at a huge inflated price had them replaced, now I am told today that I need new brakes and that the wheel cylinders are leaking and must be replaced. I have maintained this van better than most anyone I know, but my mistake was trusting this company who verbally and financially abuses women clients. When i took the van up and had a man with me, all went well and no problems, as soon as I went alone, it needed everything done. The manager yelled at me and was horribly rude, making me cry and this is inexcusable , especially for a person dealing with the public and who is supposed to represent that company. I will never go back and their neglence has cost us over $1000.00 in repairs and I guarantee you that I will be their worst nightmare for BAD PR .
