Time Warner Cable of NYC Misstakes in billing, bad service, rude customer service Flushing, New York

To whom it may concern: A year ago I switched from the Basic Cable to "Triple plan". Through that year I had a lot of interruptions, complains: neither cable, internet nor phone ever worked. After I received extra charges on my account I had enough and decided to switch back to Basic, NO box cable. But they try to force us to pay extra and take that box for other reasons!!! I stay with Time Warner because there is no alternative company in our part of Manhattan and also that company had a RT news TV which I use to watch. And its free. But without the box, that channel they send a signal in Spanish language! Its like if it would be CNN or BBC in Spanish for USA viewers! What is going on? They forcing me to get that box and pay extra $10! I thought I live in English speaking country! Also, just ones I was suppose to get a credit for no service, instead I’ve go that less money plus monthly charge! I have all records of my payments but no time to go and deal with it at their office. Lately we experience a lot of RIPOFFs from the Time Warner! I need someone investigate that company. I think it total fraud! I didn’t get there bill yet since I changed my plan which is more then month. I am already worried what they preparing for me!!! By the way, the same without RT in English service just in one year jumped to from $10 to $33+tax. This is how they punishing us for switching from the triple plan.
