After purchasing a vehicle from a known good auto dealer in Japan. It was sent off and delivered to this man Tim Lee Goodman, owner of Supaca Imports. I received paperwork of what ship it was on, de-registration forms and all.
When it came time to deliver the vehicle he disappeared. Months later he returned saying they stole the vehicle. Of course I responded in getting my money back as I did purchase the insurance he offered just in case anything happens to the vehicle, including theft, and re-exportation. He declined saying, he can get it. I kept on him but he never returned my emails or my calls. I have paperwork for his filings, and money transfers as well as his bank information.
I tried speaking to lawyers and even the disctrict attorney but they were of no help. While this was happening, he was also scamming other people as well. Which I have spoken to and even one person who was employed by him as well.
This has ruined my financial status as well as put me in a very depressing emotional state. I just want either my money back or my car. And I hope he gets his just deserved, so this can never happen to anyone else.
