After you place your order these people will try and con you into changing your order for a different product. When this different product arrives it will not be anything like what you thought you agreed to purchase.

My order was for a Canon lens that was a great deal on their internet page and I was con'd into purchasing a different lens for WAY more money than it was worth. When it arrived it was not even comparable to what I thought I was ordering.

On the original call I refered them back to their own website several times which states that you have a 30 day return policy and asked several times that if this did not work for me that I could send it back, and it was always Yes Sir...no problem Sir.

Upon trying to return the lens withing 3 days of its arrival, the individual that answered the phone called me stubborn and pig-headed and refused to grant me the RMA number.

I am currently trying to work this out with my Credit Card Company, if they do not resolve this issue with these people, which Im not holding my breath, I will be contacting the NY state attorneys office and filing charges against these people.

Google these people before you make your purchase and just look at all of the Bad reports. I wish I had seen them before. They need to be shut down.
