Three Angels Auto Illegally seized vehicle and is charging rediculous amount of money to regain posession Kansas City, Missouri

Three Angels Auto was contacted to fix a company vehicle. They came to fix the truck at the company location. They arrived and stated that they were unable to fix the vehicle and still demanded the $100 for payment. Our company agreed to still pay the company but when the office was re-opened after being closed for the weekend, the vehicle was missing. Three Angels Auto was contacted about the location of the vehicle. It was stated that the vehicle was located at the owners house surrounded by vehicles so it was unable to be removed. The company stated that the vehicle will not be returned until they were paid a larger amount than that was agreed upon in the begining. Our company stated that the original amount agreed on would be paid immediatley but would like to see the finished work on our property. The police were contacted and reports have been filed.. Three Angels Auto is now asking for over $900 to have the vehicle returned. When the Kansas City Police Department was contacted we were informed that this company is not legit. They lie and cheat..pure extorsion
