If you are reading this, I hope you are not in the trouble already as we are right now. Paul Saint Hilaire is a fraud. He had a Yellow Rose company before and after he ripped of some people like us he registered a new company name Synergy Engineering and Development, but the license is under name of John William Dean which has been dead couple month ago. We signed a contract with him and Thomas Victor Larsen to do a major renovation in the house we purchased recently. They made a payment schedule for us and we were so naive and gave them 90% of the money. Few days before their dead line they just simply disappear on us and left us with unpaid labors. We had no idea that they haven't paid anybody. The labors started to disrespect us and threaten us with law suit. Just beware of them and please, please if you haven't signed a contract with them yet, just don't!
