This is a report of scam against Ideal Towing company. Ideal towing is the company many of the low income apartment complex use for towing on the North Side of Houston Texas. On Febuary 10,2011 I woke up at 6am prepared myself to go out to the store to pick-up medicine for my sick little girl running a fever. I walked outside my vehicle was gone. Immediately I know that the towing company rides around and tow vehicles sometimes for no reason or the wrong vehicles. I contact the towing company at about 6:30, they tell me that my vehicle was towed due to registration expiration. They also said that the tow driver posted a red warning giving me a 10 day notice on January 25,2011. When the towing company tag each vehicle there is suppose to be a photo copy of the warning after the vehicle has been tagged. A copy given to the Apartment Manager and a copy taken back to their Towing Main Headquarters. I contacted my apartment complex and they did not have any evidence, so I contacted Ideal Headquarters POC Christina. I was told that the apartment manager would have to request this proof of the tagged vehicle, I can not see the proof of my own vehicle. And while in the meantime they are trying to sort this out between the apartment complex and the towing company I am expected to pay $200 dollars that I cannot afford. This Has to stop, I am not the first and not gonna be the last person that this company and its drivers has taking advantage of. If I sue and win and get my money refunded, will I accure interest on my money for them being able to hold on to my cash.
