These people are liars and they are thieves. Do not be fooled when they promise up and down a "good faith hold" is fully refundable. I was sworn i would have no issues six ways till Sunday. When i went to have them refund my $500.00 hold, I was told no, when my sales man told the manger he PROMISED me a refund again i was told no, it is not refundable. Not only did they steal my money, they treated me like a piece of garbage, like I was not even in the room. It was so enraging I actually started screaming and causing a scene. So not only am I out 500.00, I am also embarrassed by my actions. These people are unethical and simply have no class. You can find many other dealers they will treat you right. Stay away from this place. Google the name and read other reviews, you will find they are mostly negative. Don't make the same mistakes I did. And if you do decide to shop here feel free to ask them why they screwed me out of my money, cause they still wont give me an answer. I was robbed, what they did is no different then stealing my wallet. Run away from this place and never look back
