We purchased a special order with a new employee so after many hours the manager kept tearing up our contracts saying the sales guy wrote things wrong. We ordered our chaise to be reversed and not knowing company jargan or policy we signed order. They would not honor to match sales prices and delivered the wrong set-up refusing to change.
I went back and forth with BBB but they kept deniying claim because they filed under my husbands first name, the address, furniture, claim was all accurate not to mention I too signed the order they would say it's the wrong claim, after 4mo. I gave up money waisted.
My funiture broke down quickly and they decided to take it in for repairs. the frame creeked when you would sit on it, cushions went flat, suppory was gone, sharp objects were pertruding from frame, so it went in. Drivers were demanding that I write false claims on paper work, yelled at me in my own home and broke my land scape lights.
When they delivered my cusions had been overstuffed and lopsided, HUGE lumps over entire seating areas, and dirty so I sent them back.
Now Im being told that they are upto manufactur standards, they will just rmove some of the padding mind you that was what needed repairs... that they wer fithy and they will not cover it. Let me say I did have a few water spots on another area from the cleaners that they were covering prior to but never got the cleaner out to my home.
So it then became how dirty they were when they arrived and that they were covered in animal hair. I have a short hair dog color blends with sofa not allowed on furniture but the reality is that yes there will be transfer that is a given. But I am told because I have an animal that is the result of all the spots and coverage. The cushins need to be replaced because they are down filled but they will not due to an animal...??
I will include pictures that are of lumpy and unshaped cusions that they sent back. All this is what theysay "Meets Manufacture Standards"
I am at a loss and need help making this right. Who is looking out for consumers these days, the BBB is not an in depth sorce and seems to extend the process. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated. This company needs to be reported to the FTC, they do not help resolve claims but do track and keep the consumer accountable. Thank You.
