Promise Land Group. Chris Zapatos and Brandon Smithwick are good guys. Hired private investigator to find out why they havent paid me cause I got the run around. Turns out Craig Blake is the real reason. Cant pay his personal bills either. Found proof that is public record. Check it out. Craig Blake used the company money to bail himself out of his personal financial troubles. Turns out he just sold one of the properties and cashed in on our dime on 4/29/2011! Guess who paid off the lien WE DID YOU PIECE OF SCUM! There is another case pending that is not available online yet where he personally owes another $8,000. Craig Blake has even stiffed his own employees according to the results of the investigation. Chris Zapaptos and Brandon Smithwick are no longer part of the company and I would suspect it is for the same reason us subs are not! You cant screw good people for long Craig Blake! It comes back to get you sooner or later. Also, according to Cobb County Sheriffs Office, BB&T bank filed to repo his vehicle a little while back but he paid them off too! Facts are facts Craig Blake. You need to pay your bills and your contractors. Stop blaming your mistakes on others and man up for once in your life! Craig Blakes address is 1575 Ridenour PKWY Unit 1107 Kennesaw, GA 30152. I am currently looking into filing a lien against that or any other property. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. GLAD I FINALLY GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS SITUATION. TO ANY OTHER SUBS WHO HAVE BEEN SCREWED-DONT LET CRAIG BLAKE LIE TO YOU. HE IS 100% AT FAULT. THAT IS NOT OPINION, IT IS FACTS DISCOVERED BY A PRIVATE INVESTIAGTOR! CRAIG BLAKE IS A FRAUD!!
