2/6/2013 To the Unaware Consumer, I purchased a mattress and box springs from The Original Mattress Factory you, the adds with the little men that have hard hats on top of the springs, well they are in my bed trying to get out. This may seem funny but my back and lack of
sleep are not amused. I bought the bed in May of 2012 and now the bed is six months old and is a piece of crap. It is like sleeping on cement and I purchased the super pillow top called The Original Mattress Factory and they are now going to send someone out, one of their experts to tell me what is wrong with my Mattress. I will let all of you know the outcome, but based on the other complaints that I have read on Face book and on here they are not going to do much. I wish someone who has had a like experience to contact me so that they join forces with me against these crooks. The worst par tof this experience is that I trusted OMF to give me a great product and they failed. I do not make a lot of money and I used my tax return and saved up the difference to buy this mattress set and they stole that money from me. Ron Trzcinski the owner of OMF and Corporation are shysters and should not be able to get away with this. If enough of us put our resources together we can get our money back. Thank you for taking the time to read this and save your money and your back and do not buy from The Original Mattress Factory.
