Fort Worth, TX 76120 Be advised that this individual has been lawfully convicted of POSSESSION AND PROMOTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, arrested and charged with 400+ counts of promotion, production, and/or distribution of both child on child as well as adult on child sexual assault/molestation; subject was convicted and sentenced to ten years for his crimes against children. Subject was released to parole in August of 2005, returned to prison March of 2008 and re-released in July of 2008 for parole violations of a sexual nature; then arrested again in June of 2010 and re-released to parole in September of 2010 for charges of domestic violence against a family member. Currently out on parole, he is unmonitored and it has come to our attention that he works less than 10 feet from a child based pottery painting business. Additionally, the criminal justice system is allowing him to own a computer, use the internet unmonitored and operate a business with a primary focus on mailing, distribution, receiving, bulk mailings and image reproduction with no form of verification that the subject is not using those resources to further his crimes. He is given access to thousands of prospective victims with every bulk mailing list he receives from clients and with a child-centric business next door he has uncontrolled access to even more potential victims. Parole currently lists his risk level as low, despite his repeated parole revocations and charges of domestic violence; John Mohl is to be considered dangerous and caution should be used when interacting with this convict.

| I am a friend of Tara's and I find it sad and pathetic that John and his family are still stalking and harassing her. John beat Tara so badly that she was black and blue for over a month. She has never lost a job due to drug usage...she doesn't do drugs She did not loose her kids either. Lies that John and his family spread to try and make him look better How about the truth...John is a pedophile...he was convicted by a court of law in the state of texas for making and distributing child pornography, is still actively on parole and listed on the Sex Offender Registry for the state of texas. You think it is just a lie that he is a sex offender? Look it up for yourself then see who is really lying. He is currently dating another pedophile, a sick woman who looks at online pornography with her underage son and his friends. His father (also named) John and stepmother Mary Lou along with his mother Toni and stepfather Ron have and continue to lie to keep John (jr) from having to serve for his crimes. His entire family is crazy. They have broken into Tara's house, her car, filed false felony police reports against her, stalk and harass her on a continual basis. Yet John has made no attempt at any contact with the son he claims to love so much and doesn't even pay his child support. |
