the ink spot.com shirley pretends to be a big company, lies, doesn't care about customer - very nasty , Internet

Tried to order pens from this company - the ink-spot.com. Called number 1-888-654-7367 - to get clarification of online pens - Shirley picked up - very hurried on call - kept saying look at website. She was very short with her tone of voice and nasty. Tried to call back to get another rep but only got her. When asked if any one else worked there - she said yes - it was just her right now. She did not care if I ordered what I really was looking for - just wanted me to place order and give credit card. I placed order online with artwork - card was charged. Put in notes that it was a rush order and the deadline that was needed. No pens arrived. In calling back another day - got Shirley again - still hurried and nasty. She took a long time to find order and claimed the art department had problems with the art work. I asked why no one called and she said that internet companies don't call customers it is quicker to email them. When asked what was wrong with art, she said she had to go to another building to the art department (lie). She later got back on the phone and said they (art dept) told her (suggesting she called them to get the answer - not that she walked to another building next door - as she would like the customer to believe) there was a problem with the art work. She cared less that the rush deadline for the order was missed. The attitude was "tough luck" - I need to get off this phone with you to help the next sucker ordering from my website. Do not order from this one woman show (Shirley), make believe company - she is a liar - the prices might look cheap - but remember you pay for what you get - a bunch of lies and misrepresentations! Please trust me when I say order from another company - any company!
