The Herb Shack is a lousy, overpriced operation that ships to some people and to others, well he just charges them and never sends anything. There are many accounts of this all over the internet. He alo will make all kinds of promises that he never can keep. "I'll send it out today" yeah whatever man. I have given up on getting my package, I know it is never coming. People order from the Herb Shack and pay extra money for their product rather than going to a local store because they want fast, convenient shipping to their door. Making them wait a week or two for paid product and not explaining why or answering emails regarding the order is an example of the outrageous crap this place pulls. If you do order from here, there is a chance that you may recieve it, but there is also a large chance of not getting your order at all. It's not worth it. This place is crummy and won't be around long, since they cannot accept credit cards anymore (too many chargebacks i assume). I wave my fart in their general direction. Their service stinks so bad, they ought to change their name to "The Turd Shack"
