The Global Directory of Who's Who Conner Walsh Fraud; Failure to comply with cancellation policy Holbrook, New York

I was contacted by Connor Walsh in regards to being selected "Top Dentist" for publication in the Global Directory of Who's Who. I purchased a 5 year membership for $499.00 and was charged a total of $558.99 with tax. I researched the membership site and discovered all the negative comments and "extra" charges that the company charges your credit card after the fact. I read the disclaimer on The Global Directory of Who's Who website that states you can cancel your membership within 3 days of purchase. I called Connor Walsh less than 24 hours after purchase and requested cancellation. He told me that was impossible. He also asked had I researched the company on google and read the negative reviews. He became defensive and defended the Global Directory and said he would show his gratitude towards my purchase of the membership and give me a "FREE" publication directory. I told him I was not interested in a free book, I just wanted a refund. I was informed that was not possible and that I should look forward to my publication. I asked Conner Walsh if he knew about Karma and that he should know the difference between right and wrong. He has to live with ripping people off. He told me to have a good day and ended the conversation. I have since filed complaints to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General's office in New York.
