| Caveat Emptor - Let the buyer beware! The Folder Advantage is a company that supposedly provides presentation folders to Real Estate agencies. They feature (again, supposedly) businesses on these folders. If you have been contacted by them, you probably spoke with one of these people--- Brian Till, Shana Arnold, or Brooke Kovach. I did some research by going to www.hcdistrictclerk.com. Simply go to "Search Our Records and Documents" - Click on the "Criminal" search tab then simply type in the Defendant name (Last name first) and you will see that all three of them have Possession of Controlled Substance charges, which i s very concerning seeing as how they want people to pay (sight unseen) $399.00 for these "ad spots". I don't know the going rate, but I am pretty sure $399 can buy quite a bit of "controlled substance". So again, Buyer Beware |

| I too am a victim of the fraud, scam, and lies that appears to be the just another day at the office for The Folder Advantage. I am a home inspector in Bowling Green, KY and have been in contacted with every person listed in the above complaint. After researching the court records in Houston, TX it has become quite clear why. To say I'm disappointed in learning that I've been dealing with people convicted on accounts ranging from fraud to posession of controlled substances would be an understatement. I'm sure the fine folks at ERA Realty will enjoy hearing of the quality people the have listed as "preferred vendors". Don't think for a second that Brian Till doesn't work with this company as I've spoke with him this morning, April 28, 2011. Don't walk from this company RUN! |

| They have come thru Atlanta and ripped of 19 of us. We are pursuing them via the USPS and the credit card companies. Absolute fraud. I was not able to find them at the harris county judicial website, but thats not to say they are angels in any regard. If you get a call from these folks, HANG UP. They called themselves BMK Innovations. The website is a sham and these folks need to spend the rest of their lives in a jail cell. |

Looks like you can put me in with the rest of them here. I sent them $399 was promnised a spot in thier folder for Remax in Norman Oklahoma that was to be handed out starting Jan. 2012 and just called the Remax office and they said that there was another guy who had just called to see if they were handing them out and she said that while she knew they were supose to get some they had not gotten any and she had tried to call several times but only gets a voicemail. I have several numbers for them and all go straight to voicemail as well.

Um ya, I too was scammed out of 2 payments for 174.50 and they just keep taking that same amount out over and over agian.
so fun fun. no way to get the funds back.

If I may point out, please read all of the reports listed. This is a beef between two compnaies that are NOT BMK. First I would like to point out that BMK IS producing folders for two offices in St. Louis, Mo. But there are other companies producing folders in the same area for different offices as well. One of them, as you will notice in the above messages is a competitor in our area. I have refrained from responding as our company does not like to stoop to the same levels to obtain sponsors for the folders. At this point I feel I must. First, any client of ours who is unhappy is ALWAYS entitled to a refund. Second, any office we work with to produce folders always has a point of contact DIRECTLY out of that office to verify that we are in fact producing folders for them. Keep in mind, anyone can try to sabatoge another company by using the names of employees, owners, and business likeness. No company can make everyone happy, but we certainly try. If you are still unsure about our company, please feel free to ask us for references. As for the person claiming $174.50, our company does not even offer a spot for that amount so I am assured that this is in response to a different folder company. Rugsucker, your comment was posted about folders that were due out by the end of January, yet your complaint was listed for folders not arriving on January 22, 2012. They were due to be delivered by the end of January. Im not quite sure how this is upsetting to you. But you are certainly welcome to call our company to discuss this.

| One complaint on here belongs to my company - The Folder Advantage. I was just informed today of the complaint by Charyl Copher at Exploration Stating in Joplin MO, who reserved in December 2011 with a payment plan option. I've spoken to this customer today and I've issued a complete refund. This customer never contacted our office in reference to artwork/refund or anything else for that matter, but we've promptly issued the refund with no issue. We chose to refund her, not because of her complaint against us but because of the complaints against her child care center ( http://local.yahoo.com/info-17813613-exploration-station-joplin). Having a relationship with over 600 real estate offices and close to 9000 vendors, I feel very satisfied with our communication, customer service and print production line. Because of our quality customer service we have Real Estate Offices and vendors contacting us daily requesting our services. To clear the air, BMK Innovations is of NO Association with our company. We've NEVER produced folders for any real estate offices in St. Louis MO or in Norman OK. BMK Innovations is a company that does employ or contract Brooke Kovach, Shana Arnold, Michael "Mickey" Murray and some other people who once worked for my company - ironically they now own and work for BMK Innovations. Although the complaint initially posted is against my company was done so by a questionable person, it does pertain to representatives that are (thankfully) no longer associated with us. Call 281.855.0609 to verify employees and I encourage every single person who has complained against BMK to call and ask for any and all of the people listed in this complaint...Compare your findings - I Pray everyone has a blessed evening :) |

| These are the same people as BMK. I worked for an office that was promised these free folders and have yet to receive anything. They were to be here to be handed out in Jan 2012. They also misrepresented themselves to the vendors who purchased these advertising spots. STAY AWAY from these people. This is a rip off. Too bad because it's a really great concept and great idea. We would have handed these folders out to all our clients. |

| I also was taken for $400 from this company, and yes, these are the same employee names that I was dealing with, at least until they had my money. Six months have passed and it doesn't appear that I will receive anything from them. I had requested cancellation after 90 days for breach of contract, to hopefully refund my money less the $50 nonrefundable art fee, and still nothing. I tried being nice, but now I'm pissed. I can only hope that this company gets what they deserve. Which is failure or bankruptcy.. |

I don't know if these two companies are in cahoots or not but a couple of days after I left my prior comment I got an email from Brooke Kovach. Saying that her company did not want unhappy clients and that the folder was not due untill Feb 2012. But if I wanted a refund I just needed to let her know she could credit the card I used before. That was on January 24 2012
I sent her a reply saying that I was told they were to be delivered 6 weeks from when I paid, ( that was in the middle of August 2011) but sometimes there is a problem so at the very latest it would be the begining of January. I waited till mid January to see if they were delivered. I called the realestate office and they said that they thought they were to have already received them and that another business had also called to see if they were in. Both of them tried to call BMK and there was no repsonse. That is when I called them. I called all the numbers I could find for them and left messages all over the place. NO BODY CALLE ME BACK. Then I got on the net and started leaving reviews. If your in business and you don't want people to think you are a scam then when a client who has paid you for services yet to be rendered, CALL THEM BACK!!! The only contact I have received is the one email where I WAS PROMISED A REFUND A MONTH AGO THAT HAS NOT SHOWED UP!!
Did I call them this time? NO calling does no good. So my next stop is the Attoreny Generals Office here in Oklahoma and in Texas.
Finally if BMK has nothing to do with The Folder Advantage then I do appologise to the latter, I have no ill will toward you this is just the only way I seem to get a response from them |

11-18-10 Booked ad with Shana Arnold who identified herself originally as ReMax Southwest. Paid 50% ($199.50) with credit card
12-23-10 Company automatically billed credit card for balance of $199.50 before invoice due date
01-25-11 Spoke with Nick - he said flyers were at the printers and due date was about 2 weeks out
04-18-11 Spoke with Jill - she said flyers due in 5 - 10 days
05-16-11 Spoke with Nick - he said flyers were in and would mail us a copy the next day
05-23-11 Spoke with Brian - he said flyers went to print on 05-13-11 and were due week of June 6th 2011
08-13-11 Spoke with Candace - flyers in, will mail copy
09-28-11 Spoke with Chris - she said flyers were in and would mail our copy
10-04-11 Spoke with Nick - he said flyers were in and he would mail a copy
02-22-12 Spoke with Kellie - she said ad was initiated in 2010 (I corrected her) and she woul do her best to get us a copy of the flyer.
At this point, I doubt the flyer was evere printed. Also beware of this compay, they identify themselves as the realtor - had 2 calls, 1 as Century 21 and 1 as Keller Williams
I plan to give this issue one more week and then persue a refund or perhaps legal action. |

| Well that really makes a lot of sense BMK! Lol - If anyone has a question about who owns either company they can always go to http://www.cclerk.hctx.net/applications/websearch/AN.aspx this will link you directly to the Harris County d/b/a search - Type in BMK Innovations...it will tell you who owns that company. Look at your paperwork from the company that you purchased your product from. C'mon people - you should be able to tell the difference between companies. One bit of advice - Do background checks when you hire people - don't learn this the hard way. |

| Kellie or Kelly 281-616-9198 of "The Folder Advantage" just informed me that TFA has merged with another company.She said they were merging with another company and moving locations here in Houston, Texas. I think they may be doing away with the company "bad" name and reputation. After being approached by a guy named Christopher Sanchez of TFA...I agreed to 399.50 half now, half 1 month later. I created artwork and sent it to them. They never responded by email nor phone until I just received a call from Kellie. I called several times to confirm receipt of my artwork for the folders and all I got was a voicemail box. I did NOT received any reply email either because of the merge according to Kelley . Being concerned, called the Century 21 Agency owner directly to discuss the legitmacy of TFA. His request to TFA was that TFA only include reputable companies to be presented on their flier. TFA stated that I would be able to have access to the brokers/agents in the office to give presentations and interaction. The Century 21 agency owner stated that he has made NO other committment to TFA other than allowing his agents to use TFA's folders. She seemed surprised that I spoke directly with the agency owner who would NOT confirm that TFA was a "honest" company. TFA misrepresented the Century 21 agency owner. I contacted my bank and they are reserving the first payment and made a note that if a second charge was attempted by TFA that they would contact the merchant processing company to reverse that charge as well...We shall see. |

| Kelley said she would email me with their new address and that I was more than welcome to visit their new shop...I doubt I will ever get the email. ...I unfortunately on the phone did not get the new location and/or name of the TFA... |
