The computer Doctor BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TOOK MY COMPUTER Millbrook, Alabama

I took my son's latop to this store to have it looked at - the fee to have it looked at is $55.00. I just dropped it off and the lady working was a new person who didn't know what she was doing. She wrote down on a sheet of paper what I wanted done and taped it to my computer, then I left. She called me a few days later upset that she had gotten in trouble because she had gotten in trouble for not get me to sign a work order. She wanted to verify the work I wanted and we hung up. I got a call a few days later that the computer had a virus and it would be over 200.00 to remove it. I said nope, I will come get it. A few days after the call I had to be take to a urgent care doctor because I was very sick, I could speak. The thought I had a stroke, but I had a very bad case of Vertigo. I was placed on bed rest and was not allowed to drive. She called the next week and I told her what was going on and she told me she was sorry I was sick and it was fine just come in when the doctors cleared me to drive. I didn't think anything of it after that, as soon as I was cleared to drive - I went to pick up the laptop. when I got there another new employee was there and he tried to charge me a 50.00 storage fee for my laptop. I told him that I didn't agree to that and I didn't sign anything to that. He also could not find my computer! After he got off the phone with the owner he told me I would have to pay the fee to get my laptop. I decided to pay the fee and later call the BBB, and the AG's office to get this handled. I told him to go get my laptop and I would pay it. He couldn't find my laptop but was ready to take my money! He didn't produce my laptop, so I told him you find my laptop and I will pay you. You have my number call me when you find it. It has been 2 week now and no one has called. They took my laptop! I did not sign anything and was not made aware of any policies where that could charge me 50.00 or take my laptop.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
