The Collision Center, LLC. Auto Body scam Hialeah, Florida |

I am having issues withThe Collision Center, LLC. anauto Bbdy shop located in Hialeah, Fl. My wife had an accident on Aug. 27th 2010 and the body shop has had the car ever since. The car was received on October 21st and had to be returned the following day for further repairs, it was then received again on October 26th and had to be returned again the following day due to it being repaired incorrectly and for further damages cause by the body shop. They have remained with the car since then and have yet to make the repairs. I filed a complaint with the state which was then forwarded to the county. I have accumulated over $1000.00 dollars in rental fees so far as well as having to make payments on the car. There are nothing butconstant lies after lies coming from them whenever you can get them on the phone and they have not corrected any of their mistakes. They have even driven my car around town. This shop definately does not belong in business.

I too had a similar experience, that occurred after taking my car for repair to Mr. Edwin Rodriguez and Mr. Jason Viera, owners of The Collision Center in Hialeah, FL (and South Florida Collision, LLC in North Miami, FL). On November 22nd, 2010 after being involved in an auto traffic accident, Geico, the insurance company estimated a 40 hour repair and appropriately paid 3 weeks car rental. Unfortunately, it took well over 2 months to get my car back. Throughout this time I was promised (both acknowledging a heavy workload as cause for the delay) that I would be fully reimbursed. Not only were the funds not made available throughout this vexing and unwarrantably lengthy repair but at the time of picking up my car no reimbursement was made and only further promises to refund my $839.86 out of pocket cost were given. My many still on going phone calls (none returned), office visits, office sit-ins and subsequent conversations with other disgruntled customers I met there and online have only reinforced my feeling of having been made a fool of. Caveat Emptor – Let the buyer beware!
My advice – Stay Clear of Both These Shops, as they have no since of decency! |
