| Contacted Texas Design Pro and asked about a website. John said he had a special going on and I could get 8 pages plus free hosting for life. I wanted 2 websites and he sid that he would build them for me and I could have 4 pages each. I told him that on the first I needed to be able to upload and down load pictures. He said no problem just bring him the money (all of it)$300 and he would get started with a quick turn around time. He made 2 pages and put them on the internet then the problems started. He sent me an e-mail wanting me to write a report about how fast and good he was and then begane to tell me I would have to buy 2 programs and learn how to use them in order to upload and down load pics. And for a fee he could come to my house and show me how to do all of this. When I asked about the other website he said lets do them one at a time. I wrote to him and told him that I had made a mistake in hiring him and had hired someone else to build the one website. He said that he would not give me a refund and that if I filed a lawsuite that it would cancel our agreement and that he would counter sue me for $250 plus for each page he had built. He has sill not to this day atempted to build my second website and I have lost all money. I am filing a small claims lawsuit ASAP |

| Texas Design Pro / John Dublirer is a complete rip off. He dropped my website and told me I had to pay him $75 to get a copy of the files. I paid him cash an agreed amount and he gave me a disk with dll files on it that could not be opened. He then told me he would not give me a refund that the files were on the disk. He goes by Texas Design Pro but should call himself Texas Ripoff Pro. Do not do business with this guy or whatever he is. |

Regarding complaint #1 above - the customer DID need a web design and a file-transfer program to upload his own photos - there was nothing in our contract for Texas Design Pro to give them to him free, much less spend time FREE being a private tutor teaching him how to do what TDP does professionally after years of study and practise. - The customer pitched a fit when TDP would not provide products and services FREE that were not in the agreement. - Then the customer went elsewhere for web design to finish his projects and now comes back and complains that TDP did not finish when he did not give an opportunity to finish - this complaint is totally bogus, and one of only two complaints in Texas Design Pro's *17 years* of making customer happy, and receiving *over 50* happy customer reference recommendation letters. BOGUS COMPLAINT.

Regarding complaint #2 above: The CUSTOMER asnnounced he was moving his web site hosting to a new company, and thus Texas design Pro no longer provided hosting. This was NOT "dropping his website". - Andapparently the disk with the customer's files was bad, so Texas Design Pro emailed the customer his files which completely satisfied the customer. Yet he never came back to amend his complaint above, merely leaving things looking like TDP never got him his files. BOGUS and malicious complaint. This complaint is totally false, and one of only two complaints total in Texas Design Pro's *17 years* of making customers happy, and receiving *over 50* happy customer reference recommendation letters. BOGUS COMPLAINT.
