Telus Mobility Telus Cellphone Company Telus likes to charge extra processing fees and they will extend phone contracts to collect more money from the

Right from the start when I signed up for Telus for a 3 years cellphone contract, they started charging me extra processing fees or start up fees. It doubled the amount I was to pay for that month! They charge additional when I asked for caller ID as well. I do not recommend this cellphone company. They are friendly on the phone, but they do charge too many extra fees. Their phone connection is not that great either. I have had drop calls when I was on the second floor of the building. There is cellphone service there, only my cellphone is not working properly!

I really can not wait to wait 2 more years for the contract to end! I don't have a choice but to stick with Telus, as ofcourse, they charge a hefty amount of money to cancel the 3 years contract!!!

My message to new cellphone users, do not choose Telus if you don't want extra fees charge to your plan. There are plenty of newer cellphone companies there with no contracts and unlimited talk and text.
