Telebrand Grill Glove Telebrands ripped me off on the grill glove, poor cust service, assoc. would not provide their add. Van Nuys, California

I did a google search for a glove I could use while grilling outside, I came across the grill glove. I placed an order online on 03/12/11 and printed out the only receipt I was provided for the merchandise. The screen said the order was complete and I was charged $72.93 on my card and to allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. It is now 04/06/11 and after several calls to 1-800-777-4034 and speaking to a number of people, recently Paul (whom would not provide me with a physical street address to their company, said it was confidential) I questioned if a reputable business open to the public would have a private address and there was no response. Then I spoke with Robert in broken English and requested to talk with the customer service supervisor. Robert also gave me the run around with the usual "can I have your last name, zip code and phone number" I told him I had already been down that route with other associates and wanted to speak with a supervisor. I was not allowed to talk with a supervisor, Rober did provide me with a fax number for what reason I do not know the benefit. Robert asked me to fax my bank statement so they could process the refund, I'm not that stupid Robert that would be giving you my acct numbers to charge me again with another scam. I question the authenticity of this company and will follow up with the BBB.
