Tech Pro Warranty
Tech Pro Warranty ednashworld Warranty is worthless, Internet
28th of Mar, 2011 by User562859
I bought a TV on line from ednashworld.com and was told that an extended warranty was a great buy because it covered calibration in one year which was expensive. I paid $300 for this warranty and received a certificate with my warranty number. But when I called techprowarranty.com they said I was not registered. They told me to do that first, which I did. When I called back they told me to get an estimate and email it to them which I did. The estimate was for $200. They did not respond so I called them after a few days. They then told me there was no estimate included. I pointed out that there was an estimate. Then they said that they did not cover the calibration, and that I should call the manufacturer. Just another way to get rid of me. I am convinced that this company has never paid a claim and never will. If you are thinking about buying their warranty, run like h*ll!
